Refund/Returns and exchange policy

Refund and exchange policy:

  1. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. For exchanges, we request that you provide a single opening video; we do not accept split videos. After reviewing the video of the damaged product, we will process and accept the exchange request.
  3. Exchange request should be raised within 2 days delivery(Including the delivery day). Request made beyond this time period will not be accepted.
  4. We do not have pickup facility so the pickup will be arranged from your end with your expenses(Both shipping and delivery).
  5. We accept only exchanges, we do not accept returns/refunds.
  6. Exchanges will be accepted within the same price range. We cannot guarantee exchanges for the same model. You may choose to exchange another model with same price

  9. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items.

Refund policy:
